Our Story
Aether Greens & Poultry was born from a love of the land and the abundant Caribbean climate. Set among the rolling hills of Trinidad, our greenhouse and free-range poultry farm harnesses the power of the island sun to grow produce and raise birds the way nature intended.
We believe that food raised with care, space, and sunlight simply tastes better — and nourishes deeper. Every leaf and every bird is a reflection of our island's richness.
